Your business, organized. Your software, free.
Bookings, payments, schedules and your crew in one place. Free for you and 2 cleaners, for as long as you want. No card, no trial.
How it works
One booking, start to finish
Your client books, you see it, your cleaner shows up. Nobody has to call or text.
- 1
Your client books online
Sarah picks a standard clean, sees $187 right away and takes Wednesday at 9.
- 2
It lands on your calendar
No call, no back-and-forth. Her visit is already on Maria's Wednesday.
- 3
Your cleaner gets it
Maria sees the address, checklist and notes in her crew app before she heads out.
Built only for residential cleaning
- Standard cleans
- Deep cleans
- Move-in and move-out
- Airbnb turnovers
- Weekly and every-2-weeks clients
Features
Everything a cleaning company runs on, in one place
Replace the booking form, the spreadsheet, the group chat and the payroll math with one tool built for how house cleaning actually works.
Instant-price booking page
Clients get a price in seconds, not after a phone call
Set your prices once. Your booking page shows clients an exact price from bedrooms, bathrooms, home size, type of clean, frequency and extras, then lets them pick a time.
- Standard, deep, move-in and move-out, and Airbnb turnover cleans
- Automatic discounts for weekly and every-2-weeks clients
- The same price on the booking page, in your dashboard and on the invoice
Recurring series with skips
Recurring cleans that stay on the calendar
Most of your revenue is recurring. Set up a client once as weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or monthly, and every visit is on the schedule. When they go on vacation, skip one visit without touching the rest.
- Skip or cancel a single visit and keep the series
- Visits appear on the calendar eight weeks ahead
- Each visit keeps the client’s price, extras and crew
Crew app, with AI translation on Pro
Your crew’s day on their phone, in their language
Each cleaner opens a private link to see their jobs, addresses, access notes and room-by-room checklists. On Pro, notes you write in English are translated automatically into Spanish, French or Portuguese.
- Checklists per job so nothing gets missed
- Clock-in and clock-out on each job for accurate hours
- Alarm codes, addresses and names kept exactly as written in translation
Client self-service
Clients move their own visits. You get a text.
Every confirmation and reminder carries the client’s own link. They pick a new time your crew can actually do, skip a recurring visit or cancel a one-off, without a single phone call.
- Only times the visit’s own crew is free, inside your hours
- Changes close 12 hours before the visit
- Replies and changes land in one Messages inbox
Property records
Beds, baths, square feet, access notes, alarm codes, parking and pets, saved on each property so nobody has to text you at the door.
Payroll export with tip splits
Hours come from clock-in and clock-out. Tips are split across the crew on each job. Export a CSV for your payroll provider.
Texts and emails, automatically
A text and an email when you confirm, a reminder the day before and a receipt after each charge. Texts go out on your local time, never at night.
Your own booking link
Put it on your website, Google Business Profile, Instagram or Nextdoor. Every booking arrives with the price and property details filled in. How our home cleaning booking software works

For a 5-cleaner team, that is $840 to $1,560 a year you keep, compared with a per-cleaner tool at the price shown.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Broombook?
Broombook is cleaning business software for residential cleaning and maid-service owners. It gives you an online booking page with instant prices, recurring schedules, client and property records, a crew app with checklists and clock-in, text and email reminders, card payments with emailed receipts and payroll export, in one place.
How much does it cost?
Free is $0, for as long as you like: booking, scheduling, payments and the crew app for you and 2 cleaners, up to 40 visits a month, no credit card. Pro is $39/mo for up to 10 users with unlimited visits, texts to clients, every AI feature and no Broombook badge. There is no per-cleaner fee on either plan.
How do my clients get an instant price?
You set your prices once: a base price, a price per bedroom and bathroom, size tiers, multipliers for deep and move-out cleans, discounts for weekly or every-two-weeks service, and extras like inside the oven. Your booking page uses those numbers to show the client a price as they fill it in.
Can a recurring client skip a visit?
Yes. Recurring cleans are a series (weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or monthly). Skip one visit and the rest of the series stays exactly as it was.
What does the AI do?
On Pro, job notes and access instructions are translated automatically into each cleaner’s language: Spanish, French or Portuguese, with codes, addresses and names kept exactly as written. Broomie, the AI front desk, answers people on your booking page, and the AI assistant prepares changes for you to approve. All of it is part of Pro ($39/mo), not sold as an add-on.
Can my clients change a visit without calling me?
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder carries the client’s own link. Up to 12 hours before a visit they can move it to a time your crew is free, skip a recurring visit or cancel a one-off, and you get a text. Replies to your texts land in a Messages inbox in your dashboard.
Can clients book and get texts in French?
Yes. The booking page, the widget on your website, each client’s page and every text and email come in English or French, with Québec formats for dates, times and prices. Clients who book online get the language of their browser, and you can set it for anyone.
Do clients get emails, or only texts?
Both. Clients with an email address get their booking request, confirmation, a reminder the day before and a receipt after each card charge, from your business name. Their replies go to your own inbox, and each email has a one-click unsubscribe. Clients who don’t want texts still get everything by email.
Can I bring my clients over from Jobber, ZenMaid or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Export your clients as a CSV and import them in one go. Columns are matched for you, you check a preview, and clients who are already in your account are skipped.
Do my cleaners need to download an app?
No. Each cleaner gets a private link that opens their crew app in the phone’s browser, with their jobs, checklists, notes in their language, and clock-in and clock-out.
Is Broombook completely free for cleaning businesses?
Broombook has a free plan that costs $0 with no end date and no credit card, covering the owner plus 2 cleaners and up to 40 visits a month on the calendar. Growing businesses move to Broombook Pro at $39 a month (or $390 a year) for up to 10 users and unlimited visits; online bookings from clients still come in on the free plan even after the month is full.
What features are included in Broombook’s free plan?
The free plan includes an online booking page with instant prices, the calendar, client and property records, recurring visits with skips, card payments with tips through Stripe, email confirmations, reminders and receipts, the crew app and payroll export. It covers 3 users (you plus 2 cleaners), 40 visits a month and the last 4 weeks of Insights.
Does Broombook take a cut of my card payments?
No. Broombook charges no platform fee on card payments: clients pay the business directly through the business’s own Stripe account, and the business pays only Stripe’s standard processing fee.
Is Broombook a free alternative to Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Yes, for residential cleaning businesses. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ZenMaid have no free plan, only a 14-day free trial, and Jobber Core starts at $49 a month for 1 user (vendors’ pricing pages, checked October 5, 2026), while Broombook’s free plan covers 3 users and 40 visits a month at $0. Jobber and Housecall Pro serve many trades and include quoting, invoicing and job costing for field service; Broombook is built only for cleaning.
What is the best free scheduling tool for a maid service?
For a maid service that needs recurring cleans, prices by home size and a crew app, Broombook’s free plan is built for exactly that: recurring visits with skips, instant prices from bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and frequency, and checklists with clock-in. General free tools like Google Calendar, Square Appointments Free or Setmore Free work for booking but do not price by home size or handle recurring cleans with skips on their free plans.
How do I run a residential cleaning business for free?
Use one free system for booking, scheduling and payments instead of a patchwork of calendar, spreadsheet and text messages. With Broombook’s free plan, clients book from your link at a price you set once, recurring cleans repeat automatically, your 2 cleaners see their day on their phones, and card payments with tips land in your own Stripe account.
Is Broombook for commercial cleaning companies?
Broombook is built for residential cleaning and maid services. It handles a few small commercial accounts cleaned on a fixed weekly schedule, such as an office or a store, but it is not a janitorial bidding and contract-management system.
Is this for homeowners looking for a cleaner?
No. Broombook is software for people who run a cleaning business. If you are looking for a house cleaner, your local cleaning companies may already use it for their booking page.
