Cleaning company booking software that quotes and books in one go

Cleaning company booking software should give a client their exact price from the size of their home, the type of clean, the frequency and the extras, then let them pick a time your crew can actually make. BroomBook does that on a booking page you can share or embed on your own website, with your service area and travel fees built in, for $29/mo or $59/mo flat.

We make BroomBook. This page covers what a good booking form does, how to put one on your website, and which fields to ask for and why. Try the form yourself in the live demo, no signup needed.

$29/mo for up to 2 cleaners, $59/mo for unlimited cleaners. No credit card to start.

  • An instant, exact price

Bedrooms, bathrooms, size, type of clean, frequency and extras turn into a price as the client fills in the form, with your discounts, travel fees and tax.

  • Only times you can make

Slots appear only when a cleaner who does that service is free, inside your hours, with drive time kept clear between visits.

  • On your own website

Share your booking link or paste the widget into your site. English or French, with Québec formats for dates, times and prices.

  • Room photos, optional

Clients can add up to four room photos for an AI suggestion of the service and add-ons. The photos are not stored.

What should online booking for a cleaning business do?

Most people who look for a cleaner want two answers before anything else: how much, and when. If your website says "call for a quote", a good share of them move on to the next result. An online booking system for a cleaning service exists to answer both questions on the spot, without you on the phone.

That means three things. The price has to come from the home, because that is how residential cleaning is priced. The times offered have to be real, which means the software knows your hours, your crew, who does which services and how long it takes to drive between houses. And the booking has to land in your schedule with the client record and the property details already filled in, so you are not re-typing a web form into a calendar.

How do instant prices work?

You set your price list once. Home-size brackets each add their own time and price, and you can give a bracket a flat price per service if that is how you quote. Each type of clean (standard, deep, move-out) has its own multiplier, recurring clients get a frequency discount, and add-ons such as inside the oven or inside the fridge are offered per service and can cost more in bigger homes. Prices can have cents, and sales tax is optional (Canadian province presets or a US rate).

On the booking page, the client answers a few questions and watches the price update. In the US, typing the address can fill in beds, baths and square feet from public property records, which saves typing and cuts down on guesses. Clients can also add up to four room photos and get an AI suggestion for the service and add-ons; the photos are used for the suggestion and not stored.

If you are not sure what to charge yet, start with our house cleaning price calculator, then copy the numbers into your price list.

Open slots only where your crew is free

The times on your booking page come from your schedule. BroomBook offers a slot only inside your business hours, outside breaks and time off, when a cleaner who does that service is free, and with drive time kept clear between their visits. If you prefer set arrival windows, choose fixed start times for each day (8:00, 11:00, 2:00) so your day fills without small gaps.

When a day is full, the client can join its waitlist. If a visit that day is cancelled, skipped or moved, the first few waiting clients whose visit fits get a text and an email, and the first to tap gets a booking request for that time.

Booking requests, deposits and your service area

Online bookings arrive as booking requests at the top of your Today screen, with the price and home details. Pick the crew and press Confirm, and the client gets a text and an email. If you cannot take it, press Decline and they hear that too. You stay in control of who gets on your schedule.

Set where you work as anywhere, a distance from your office, or a list of postal or ZIP areas, and addresses outside it are turned away before they book. Add travel fees by distance if you charge them; clients see the fee in their price.

Card details are optional. You can ask for a card at booking, take a deposit (charged when you confirm, and counted toward the visit), and set late-cancellation and no-show fees that clients see before they book. Card payments run through Stripe, and you pay Stripe’s fee; we take no cut.

How to set up booking on your website

You do not need a developer. Here is the order we suggest:

  • Build your price list and check "What clients will see" before saving.
  • Set your hours, breaks, time off and each cleaner’s services, so the slots are real.
  • Set your service area and travel fees.
  • Copy your booking link and put it on your Google Business Profile, social pages and text signature.
  • To show the form inside your own site, copy the widget code from Settings and paste it into a page on your website builder.
  • Book a test visit yourself on your phone, then confirm it, to see what clients see.
  • Add a clear "Book online" button to every page, and see our guide to SEO for cleaning companies so people find that page.

What should a cleaning booking form ask?

Every extra field costs you a few bookings, and every missing one costs you a surprise at the door. These are the fields we think earn their place:

  • Address: it checks your service area and travel fee, and in the US it can fill in the home size.
  • Bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet: these drive the time on site, so they drive the price.
  • Type of clean: a first deep clean or move-out takes far longer than a maintenance visit, and should cost more.
  • Frequency: recurring clients are worth a discount, and the answer sets up their schedule from the first visit.
  • Extras such as inside the oven, fridge or windows: priced up front, so nobody argues about them on the day.
  • Date and time: only from real open slots, never a "preferred time" you then have to negotiate.
  • Name, mobile and email: for the confirmation, the reminder and the client’s link to move or skip a visit later.
  • Access notes and pets: how to get in and who will be home, so the crew is not stuck at the door.

Languages, pricing and getting started

Your booking page, website widget, texts, emails and client pages can run in English or French, with Québec formats for dates, times and prices. Prices show in CAD or USD.

Online booking is included on both plans: Solo at $29/mo for up to 2 cleaners, and Team at $59/mo for unlimited cleaners, with no per-booking or per-cleaner fee. Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. Once bookings come in, the scheduling side takes over: recurring visits, skips and the crew app.

When another booking tool fits better

  • You want every online booking confirmed automatically with no review step. In BroomBook, online bookings arrive as requests you confirm or decline.
  • You run several trades or mostly commercial janitorial bids, where a custom quote per job matters more than an instant price. Compare options on our BookingKoala alternative and Launch27 alternative pages.
  • You need QuickBooks sync or invoices with net terms. We charge cards after the job and send receipts instead of invoices.

Yes, optionally. You can ask for a card at booking, charge a deposit when you confirm, and set late-cancellation and no-show fees that clients see before they book.
