Turno pricing is per property, and the host pays it. A host with one property pays no subscription, and neither does a host with any number of properties who uses only Turno marketplace cleaners. A host with 2 or more properties who brings their own cleaners pays $10 per property a month, or $96 per property a year. Paying cleaners through Turno adds a fee: 3.9% per card payment to your own cleaners, 8% to marketplace cleaners.
Every Turno number on this page comes from Turno’s own pricing page and help center, checked on October 5, 2026 and linked under Sources. Turno is built mainly for short-term rental hosts, and for the cleaners who work for them through it. We make BroomBook, software for cleaning companies that run their own business, Airbnb turnovers included. BroomBook has no Airbnb or VRBO calendar sync and no cleaner marketplace, so if you are a host who needs those, Turno or another host-side tool is the right pick, not us.

Turno alternatives, for cleaning companies and for hosts
1BroomBookOurs
Software for a cleaning company, not for a host. Hosts and homeowners book on your own booking page with your prices, including an Airbnb turnover service; each rental is a property with its access notes and codes, shown to the cleaner on the visit day only; the crew app has room-by-room checklists with photos, clock-in and the day’s route; cards on file are charged after each clean. $29/mo for up to 2 cleaners or $59/mo for unlimited cleaners. No Airbnb or VRBO calendar sync and no marketplace: hosts book through your link or send you dates.
Best for: Cleaning businesses that do turnovers for hosts with steady schedules, often next to regular house cleaning.
2Breezeway
A host-side operations platform. Host Essentials starts at $19.99 per unit (property) per month for hosts and managers with under 5 properties, with checklists, a mobile app and automatic scheduling and payment of cleaners. Operations Pro and the guest experience plans are priced by quote. Breezeway pulls reservations from 40+ property management systems and from iCal links from Airbnb and Vrbo.
Best for: Property managers who want cleaning, inspections and maintenance run from their reservation data.
3Properly
A host-side platform with Airbnb and iCal calendar sync, an autoscheduler, photo checklists and a marketplace of service providers. Standard is $12.99 per property a month and Pro (direct sync with Guesty, Hostaway and other PMS) is $14.99, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card. Remote photo inspection is $5 per inspection.
Best for: Hosts who want calendar sync and photo checklists, with an option to have turnovers inspected remotely.
4ZenMaid
Maid service software for cleaning companies. Starter, Pro and Pro Max start at $19, $39 and $49 a month plus a fee for each cleaner and office manager; for a team of five that is $39, $109 or $169 a month. Starter is limited to 40 appointments a month. Its pricing page does not mention Airbnb or VRBO calendar sync, so ask before you buy if you need it.
Best for: Small maid services that want a cleaning-specific tool and are fine with pricing that grows with the team.
5Jobber
Field service software for many trades, cleaning included. Core is $49/mo for 1 user; Connect is $139/mo for 1 user or $199/mo for 5, month to month, with $29/mo per extra user. Its pricing page does not mention Airbnb or VRBO calendar sync.
Best for: Cleaning companies that also run other services, such as pressure washing, and quote most jobs.
What does Turno do?
Turno is built around the host’s rental properties. It imports reservations from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and dozens of property management systems, and creates a cleaning project from each guest’s check-out and the next check-in. Hosts assign those projects to their own cleaners, or post them to Turno’s marketplace, where cleaners bid and the host picks one.
Around that, Turno offers automatic payments to cleaners when a project is marked complete, photo checklists, problem reports with photos that can be shared with a handyman, inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, in-app chat and translations. There are free iOS and Android apps for hosts and for cleaners.
Cleaners can also invite hosts they already work for to Turno and manage those schedules and payments in the cleaner app. In the US, marketplace cleaners must buy a background check badge through Turno and renew it every year; the page we checked does not list its price.
What Turno costs a host, worked out
Assumptions: prices from Turno’s pricing page and help center on October 5, 2026, in USD, before any custom plan. A property is billable when a cleaner you invited (not one from the marketplace) is enabled on it.
1 property: $0 subscription, whether you use your own cleaners or marketplace cleaners. 5 properties with your own cleaners: 5 × $10 = $50 a month, or 5 × $96 = $480 a year on the annual plan. 20 properties with your own cleaners: $200 a month, or $1,920 a year. Any number of properties using only marketplace cleaners: $0 subscription.
Payment fees come on top whenever you pay cleaners through Turno. Paying your own cleaner $120 for a turnover by card costs 3.9%, or $4.68; by ACH it is 1.5%, or $1.80. The minimum fee is $1.50 per payment. Forty such turnovers a month by card is 40 × $4.68 = $187.20 in fees. Paying a marketplace cleaner $120 by card costs 8%, or $9.60, and marketplace payments must go through Turno. Payments to your own cleaners can be made outside the app instead.
The free trial lasts 14 days and starts when a host has 2 or more billable properties. After it ends, you subscribe, or keep using Turno free by removing your own cleaners from every property but one.
What Turno costs a cleaner or a cleaning company
Cleaners pay no Turno subscription. Payments from hosts the cleaner brought to Turno, or who invited them, carry no fee on the cleaner’s side. Payments from hosts met on the marketplace carry a 5% platform fee, so a $120 marketplace turnover pays the cleaner $114, before any sales tax that applies in some US states. Tips and reimbursements carry no platform fee, and Stripe instant payouts may cost extra.
So for a cleaning company whose clients are all hosts already on Turno, Turno can cost nothing. The trade-off is that it runs on the host’s side: the host’s properties, the host’s calendar and the host paying you per project. It is not built to run homeowner clients with recurring cleans, a public booking page with your own prices, or payroll for your employees.
Turno or cleaning company software: which do you need?
If you are a host or property manager, choose a host-side tool. You need cleanings created from your reservations, and that is what Turno, Breezeway and Properly do. Compare per-property prices and payment fees for your portfolio.
If you are a cleaner who works only for a few hosts who already use Turno, working inside their accounts is simple and free for you. If you want new hosts, the marketplace is where Turno helps, at 5% per payment.
If you own a cleaning company with employees, homeowner clients and some hosts, you need software for your business: your prices, your booking page, your crew’s schedule, payroll and card payments from every client. That is what BroomBook does. The cost is that turnovers do not flow in from Airbnb on their own: hosts book through your link, recur on a schedule, or send you their dates.
Working with hosts in BroomBook without a calendar sync
Each host is a client, and each rental is a property with its own size, access notes and codes. The Airbnb turnover service is priced from the home’s size (0.9 times your standard clean by default, and you can change it), with add-ons such as laundry.
Hosts with steady stays get recurring turnovers, weekly to monthly, with skips for empty weeks. Hosts with changing reservations book each check-out on your booking link, or text you their dates and you add the visits. If a host has many listings and reservations that change every day, adding visits by hand stops being practical; that host is better served by a synced tool, and you can work inside it for their properties.
When Turno is the better pick than BroomBook
No tool is right for everyone. Pick them instead of us if:
- You are a host or property manager and need cleanings created automatically from Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com reservations. BroomBook has no calendar sync.
- Your hosts’ reservations change often, and cleanings need to move when a guest extends, shortens or cancels a stay.
- You want to find cleaners, or find hosts, through a marketplace. BroomBook has none.
- You are a cleaner whose clients are all hosts already on Turno: working inside their accounts costs you no subscription.
- You want inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, or problem reports you can forward to a handyman.
Our take
Turno is a strong tool for what it is built for: hosts who want cleanings scheduled from their reservations and cleaners paid without chasing. Its pricing is clear, free for a single property or for marketplace-only hosts, and $10 per property a month otherwise, with payment fees on top.
If you run a cleaning company and Airbnb turnovers are part of your work rather than all of it, BroomBook runs the whole business at $59/mo for unlimited cleaners. Try it free for 14 days with no credit card, set up one host with their properties, and see whether booking by link fits that host’s calendar.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does Turno cost?
On its pricing page (checked October 5, 2026), Turno is free for a host with one property, and free for hosts with any number of properties who use only marketplace cleaners. Hosts with 2 or more properties who use their own cleaners pay $10 per property a month, or $96 per property a year billed annually. Payment fees apply when paying cleaners through Turno.
What fees does Turno charge to pay cleaners?
Turno’s help center lists 3.9% per card payment and 1.5% per ACH payment to cleaners a host brought in, and 8% per card and 5% per ACH payment to marketplace cleaners, with a $1.50 minimum fee. Marketplace payments must go through Turno; payments to your own cleaners can be made outside it.
Do cleaners pay to use Turno?
Cleaners pay no subscription. Turno charges cleaners a 5% platform fee on payments from hosts they met on the marketplace, and no fee on payments from hosts they brought themselves. In the US, marketplace cleaners must also buy a background check badge through Turno and renew it yearly.
Does Turno have a free trial?
Yes. A 14-day free trial starts when a host has 2 or more billable properties, meaning properties with a cleaner the host invited. After the trial, the host subscribes, or keeps using Turno free by removing their own cleaners from every property but one.
What is the best Turno alternative for a cleaning company?
If you run a cleaning company with your own prices, crew and homeowner clients as well as hosts, a cleaning business tool fits better than a host tool: BroomBook at $29 or $59 a month, or ZenMaid and Jobber. If you are a host who needs calendar sync, compare Turno with Breezeway and Properly instead.
Does BroomBook sync with Airbnb calendars like Turno?
No. BroomBook has no live connection to Airbnb, VRBO or any channel manager, and no cleaner marketplace. Hosts book turnovers on your booking link, have them recur on a schedule, or send you their dates and you add the visits.
